We make CPSIA compliance easy for garment decorators! gives companies engaged in the production and sale of children's merchandise the ability to comply with the Consumer Product Safety Information Act (CPSIA).

CPSIA is a Serious Issue

The CPSIA became fully effective on January 1, 2012; it requires screen printers to issue a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) for each order containing children's products produced for sale.  The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has the ability to seek civil penalties of up to $100,000 for each violation, with maximum penalty amounts for a related series of violations of up to $15 million.
